Roy Webb Productions – Digital Artist Collaboration Agreement

 

Between Roy Webb Productions (RWP) and Visual Artist/Contributor

1. Scope of Work

This Agreement outlines the relationship between Roy Webb Productions ("RWP") and the Artist, who will deliver digital media (visual art, animation, 3D assets, motion graphics, etc.) to be used in RWP’s immersive Bizarre Rave productions and related projects.

2. Work-for-Hire & Ownership

  • All artwork, files, and digital media submitted by the Artist under this Agreement shall be considered “work made for hire” as defined under U.S. copyright law.

  • Roy Webb Productions shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted work, including all intellectual property rights.

  • Artist agrees that RWP may reproduce, modify, publish, license, resell, exhibit, distribute, and use the content in any format or platform now or in the future, at its sole discretion.

3. Compensation

  • Compensation, if any, will be defined in a separate payment agreement or invoice issued by the Artist and approved by RWP in writing.

  • In the absence of a separate agreement, the Artist acknowledges that this contribution is voluntary and will not be compensated.

  • No royalties, residuals, or ongoing payments are due unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Credit

  • RWP may choose to credit the Artist in promotional or theatrical materials but is under no obligation to do so.

  • If credited, the Artist’s name or studio will appear as submitted in the profile or file documentation.

5. Warranties & Indemnification

  • Artist warrants that the work submitted is original, free of any third-party claims, and does not infringe any copyrights or trademarks.

  • Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Roy Webb Productions from any claims arising out of the use of submitted content.

6. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement becomes effective upon signature and continues indefinitely for any work delivered.

  • Either party may end the working relationship for future projects with written notice.

  • Termination shall not affect ownership or rights of any previously submitted content.

7. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

  • Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in West Palm Beach, Florida.
