However, the Company is granted exclusive exhibition rights to the immersive audiovisual performance created for the Bizarre Rave program. This includes use in theaters, online platforms, special event venues, and any current or future distribution formats under the Bizarre Rave brand.
2. Revenue Sharing: Roy Webb Productions shall retain 50% of the gross ticket revenue and theater owners shall receive the remaining 50%. The Artist shall receive 2.5% of Roy Webb Productions’ gross ticket revenue from each showing of their immersive set within Bizarre Rave programs. The remaining 47.5% of Roy Webb Productions’ share is allocated to operational, production, and distribution costs.
3. Exhibition Rights: Roy Webb Productions reserves the exclusive right to exhibit the content in physical theaters globally. The Artist agrees not to license the immersive set to competing theater programs without prior written consent from the Company.
4. Reusability and Licensing: The Company may re-license the final immersive experience to additional theaters or events. All immersive Bizarre Rave productions become part of Roy Webb Productions’ licensable catalog. Artist retains credit and 2.5% royalty on reuse.
5. Term: This agreement is effective upon signature and shall remain in effect indefinitely. Roy Webb Productions shall retain permanent exhibition and licensing rights for the immersive experience, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement in writing.
6. Electronic Signatures: The parties agree that electronic signatures shall be legally binding and enforceable. This document may be signed via platforms such as SignRequest, DocuSign, or any mutually accepted system.
7. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in arbitration in West Palm Beach, Florida.
8. Estimated Revenue: Based on average attendance, DJs may earn between $1,500 to $7,500 per theater over the course of a single weekend, depending on ticket pricing and audience capacity. For example, if an immersive set is shown in 100 theaters, the DJ’s earnings could range from $150,000 to $750,000 over one weekend.
