Installation and Revenue Sharing

Installation Details:

  • Cost: The installation cost for the system is $70,000 per location, paid in advance.

  • Renovation: Theater owners will cover the renovation costs required to refit each theater to our specifications. These costs will be agreed upon in advance and documented in writing.

Revenue Sharing:

  • Standard Split: Income from performances and events, including liquor sales, is split 50/50 between Roy Webb Productions and theater owners.

  • Recouping Renovation Costs: Initially, theater owners will receive 70% of the event income until renovation costs are fully recouped. After that, revenue will be evenly split at 50%.

 

Maintenance and Operational Costs

  • Theater Owners' Responsibilities: Theater owners are responsible for all building maintenance and operational costs, including ticket sales for RWP events.

  • Shared Expenses: Any additional expenses for RWP events, such as extra security, VIP staff, and local DJs, will be shared equally and deducted from the event gross revenues.
